Dave is the Chief Business and Communications Officer and General Partner of Invictus Sovereign Advisor LLC, and Invictus Sovereign GP, LLC. His responsibilities include business development, strategic planning, revenue generation, operational oversight, investor relations, and marketing.

Dave helped lead KUTV (CBS O&O) to become the #1 rated News Station in Utah and was recognized for his contributions with multiple local and national awards. In 2008, Dave co-founded his first company (Certified Tax Advantage – exited 2011) and went on to co-found a marketing company, a commercial real estate blockchain company, and consulted/advised hundreds of businesses, private and public organizations, athletes, musicians, Hollywood executives.

Dave is a native Utahn who takes great pride in his home state and its sports teams, particularly the Utes, he cherishes the time spent with his two amazing young adults, creating lasting memories with them.

Wayne Is the founder and managing member of both Invictus Sovereign Advisor, LLC,  and Invictus Sovereign GP, LLC,. 

Wayne is the proud Father of Five children, he also served five years in the US Marine Corps Reserves with MOS 0331 as a Heavy Machine Gunner and served another five years in the Utah Army National Guard Reserves as a Fire Direction Control Specialist for the 145th Field Artillery Battalion. He was honorably discharged in 2005. Fully committing to a lifetime of entrepreneurship in 1996, Wayne has spent the past 26 years founding dozens of companies and developing numerous real estate projects. 

 Wayne founded the American Spec Companies. He is also the founding member and Developer of the Valley Forge Impact Parks emphasizing cutting edge innovation and technology by developing high capacity onsite power production to service its tenants.
